You can change your login information (Email address, Phone number, and Password) from your profile page in the Client Portal.
To change your e-mail address, authenticate with your current e-mail address and register your new e-mail address.
When changing your cell phone number, you will also authenticate with your current cell phone number and register your new cell phone number.
If you do not already have a current cell phone number, please contact support from your registered e-mail address to request a change in your information.
