For Bank Transfers
Your account balance will be reflected within 1 to 3 business days after you submit a deposit request.
As soon as we confirm that the money has been transferred to your designated SvoFX account, it will be reflected in your account balance and you will receive an email notifying you that your deposit has been received.
Note: Please note that if you make a bank transfer without submitting a deposit request, it will not be reflected in your account balance.
If you have transferred funds without submitting a deposit request, please submit a deposit request for the same amount afterwards.
For Opera Wallet / Slash Web3 Payment
Your account balance will be reflected as soon as you submit a deposit request and payment is completed, and an email will be sent to you notifying you that your payment has been received.
