How to open a SvoFX account?

After entering your information and authentication from the New Account Opening page, your SvoFX account will be opened and you will need to complete your identity verification. You can easily open an account by following the steps below.

 

1.　Open an account by PC

2.　Open an account by Smart Phone

 

Opening a Computer

Step1 .Verify your email address or cell phone number

  1. Select your preferred registration method among e-mail address or cell phone.
  2. Enter the email address or cell phone number you selected in ①. Be sure to use your own e-mail address as it will be used when you log in. Enter your PC email address.
  3. After entering ②, click "Send" to receive the verification code. * If you use an e-mail address, please check it as it may enter the junk e-mail folder.
  4. Enter the authentication code you received.

 

Step2.　Set nickname and password.

  1. You can set a nickname of your choice. Nicknames must be entered in half-width English characters. Please be careful not to enter any personal information, as your nickname may be displayed in the ranking.
  2. Please set a password. This is an important password that you will use to log in, so please be careful that it cannot be easily guessed by a third party. Enter the same password for confirmation.
  3. Please enter the password you set in ② for confirmation.

After entering the password, click "Next" to proceed.

 

Step3.　Go to Client Portal (Member Page)

After entering the membership page, you will be asked to enter your information. If you have not yet completed the verification process, you can still trade on the demo account.

※If you have not yet confirmed your identity, you can still trade with a demo account, but you will be able to open a real account and make deposits and withdrawals only after you have confirmed your identity.

  1. Click "Settings" in the menu.
  2. Click on "Submit KYC".
  3. Enter the verification code you received.

 

Step4.　Enter customer information

1. Mobile Phone Number

Ex）08012344321		 Enter the cell phone number that you are using. Once you send the code, you will receive an authentication code via SMS.

2. Verification Code

Ex）****		 Enter the verification code sent to you by SMS, and if it is correct, "Verification successful" will be displayed.

3. Country

 Select your country of residence.※

4. Name

Ex）Taro Yamada		 Capitalize the first letter (first letter) and enter in half-width alphabets.

5. Date of birth

Ex）1990/01/01		 Select your birthday.

6. Sex

 Select your gender.

7. Postal Code

Ex）1112222		 Enter without the "-" hyphen.

8. Province

 Enter your state of residence.

9. City

 Enter your city of residence.

10. Address

 Enter the street number, building name, and room number.


※Depending on your country of residence, you will be taken to the ekYC screen, where you will follow the on-screen instructions to verify your identity.


Step5. Submit documents to verify your identity

①Certificate Type Select your personal identification documents. You can use your passport or driver's license.
②ID Number Enter the issue number of the identification document you selected. For example, if it is a passport, enter the passport number.
③ID card (front) Click Upload to upload the image of the corresponding ID. Please note that the image to be uploaded differs depending on the certificate type you have selected.
④ID card (back)

Notes on Submission

＊Only JPG, GIF, PNG, and PDF image formats are accepted.

＊Both scanned and photographed images are acceptable, but the image must be clear and not blurred.

＊ID cards (driver's license, passport, ID card) cannot be used as address verification documents.

Once everything is uploaded, submit it.

 

After you have submitted your personal identification documents, the status will change to "Under Review". Once the review is complete, the status will be "Verified" and you will be able to open a real trading account. The review process usually takes one business day to complete, or three business days at the latest.

 

Opening a Smartphone

  1. Select your preferred registration method among e-mail address or cell phone.
  2. Enter the email address or cell phone number you selected in ①. Be sure to use your own e-mail address as it will be used when you log in. Enter your PC email address.

  4. Enter the authentication code you received.
